Awesome! Always a good strategy. By crossing from nearside to offside (or vice versa) it makes it more difficult for an opponent to get the ball away from you (w/o fouling) because you can't "hook" by reaching under the neck or belly of a horse (that you are not on) and you can't "high-hook," so you can't effectively reach over the top of your opponent's horse either.
