Para una de ellas, el equipo de El Rosario ya estaba clasificado, y hoy se ha confirmado Ayala Esperanza como su rival tras derrotar a Tacones Seguriber por 12 a 7. The Argentario Polo Club is located on the Mediterranean sea, in Tuscany, at Monte Argentario international seaside resort. It is a 30 minutes by car from Grosseto, an hour and half south of Florence and an hour and half north of Rome. The Club sprang out of an idea in the '80 from a group of players coming from Rome, Milan and South America who wanted to enjoy playing polo in a beautiful frame setting by the sea.

The Players Club members and there are a dozen, as well as Verona, also from Modena, Austria, Uruguay, USA.

At Fiorina there are a total of 30 horses, most of them coming from Argentina and Uruguay and trained for playing polo; others are thoroughbreds and quarter horses bred in Italy and converted to the pole.

Originally named the Household Brigade Polo Club, the name was changed to its present form in 1969. Since inception the Club has grown considerably and it is now the largest polo club in Europe in terms of membership and number of grounds.

There are currently about 1,000 non-playing members and about 160 playing members, among whom are some of the highest rated players in the world. Approximately 25 per cent of the players are overseas visitors from Europe, the Middle and Far East, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand.
